Billabong’s Revamped Flagship Store Brings #ABikiniKindaLife To The City

We’re a generation that gets nostalgic over and over at the sight of Billabong anything. Along with our latest flashback of the pristine coast, a distinct sunburnt, clumpy-haired, rashie-clad edginess that’s never faded since 1973. Or for those deprived of said surfer life, it could be gigantic pencil cases and sling bags our secondary school selves emptied our pockets for, simply for the reckless statement they made.Processed with VSCO with hb2 presetWhichever the case, 7 years is a long time coming for a revamp to Singapore’s flagship store, but we say HELLO to 141.5 sqm of beach ammunition right in the heart of town, in 313@Somerset. Their signature characters plastered all over the store and printed on some of the board shorts encapsulate Billabong’s adventurous, creative and free spirit in the context of this region and age.
