It’s November, and that only means sneakerheads from around the region can anticipate a revved-up Sole Superior 2016. At 2,300 local and overseas attendees last year, the premier sneaker convention is going strong and has joined the ranks of renowned international counterparts – but remains the first of its kind in Singapore.

Locally this is the only place and time worthy of putting your most treasured kicks up for grabs / trades / drooling over with fellow fanatics. Sole Superior’s fourth annual instalment also features actual flash tattoos for free and food by Park Bench Deli and Nomad – The Gallant Co.
This is of course besides exclusive event merch with local designer Pras The Bandit and skater-illustrator Mister Tucks (who recently collaborated with REAL Skateboards and designed this year’s poster).

Check, venue and check, vendors – but Zouk [ goodbye Jiak Kim :'( ] would not be complete without its music. Right up our alley are .Wav(y) (aka Prav and Deejay XG), who will be churning out some soulful bass-heavy tunes. Also maybe, just maybe a special appearance by well-loved Fauxe, but no promises.
We could go on and on about the highlights, but none quite compare to the lucky draw that grows by epic measures each year. We’re talking > 70 prizes, collectively worth $20k.
