The 11/11/11 Project – didja press record?

What is the eleven11project?

v.a.u.l.t went to check it out on their site and was tres impressed by Founder and Creative Director Danielle Lauren’s efforts behind the project, as well as the participation of the amazing Imogen Heap as Executive Music Producer. With an extensive team backing the project up further – this was/is what the eleven11project is all about.

It was about getting people all over the world to be ‘free to unleash your creativity for all 24 hours of the day’.. using all sorts of creative vehicles like photography, video, songs, even textual snapshots of the going-ons of 11/11/11 and various inspirations associated with each individual in that day.

What it is now, is putting together a massive creative project by reviewing submissions all across the world and piecing them together to form:

1) A World Music Collection

2) A Photo book

3) A 2 Hour Documentary that will show how the world lived on 11/11/11

Big plans are in store, from worldwide screenings to making the film available for purchase as a DVD or via digital download.

Entirely non-profit, all the revenue derived from the above products are to go to the chosen charities below:
