Converse Fall ’13 Jack Purcell and Premium Collections

Converse’s iconic Jack Purcell and Jack Purcell Helen, which is a silhouette designed specifically forĀ ladies, are no strangers to us.

As proven time and again by their collaborations with Australian motor company Deus, Finnish fashion designer Marimekko and most recently street wear distributor Slam Jam, there won’t come a day when the Jack Purcell runs out of prints, tints and washes to swap out while retaining its refined smartness through the seasons.
This only means more ways to spice up your get-up, whether you’re feeling preppy, quirky or dainty.
This fall, Converse is switching it up yet again with the addition of new hues to the Jack Purcell family.
The Jack Purcell LLP ($99.90) is now available in Mole and Deep Well premium leather detailing, which is more spruced up than the usual duck canvas, but ever-versatile.
A pair of kicks in muted undertones is shoe rack staple. Jack Purcell LP Wash ($109.90) in beige soft distressed canvas can top off just about any outfit you throw on for a laid-back look that still qualifies as stylish.
We’ve saved the best for last.
The Jack Purcell Duck Boot ($99.90) in DenimĀ is by far the most unique of the series in our opinion.

Restyled to feature a soft premium leather body with a reimagined camo interior and camo foot bed, the accessible heel tab makes for easy pull on/off comfort. Though the thought of wearing these winterized cloggers may be off-putting to some, it’s exactly what we like about this pair. Still as hardy and rugged when seasoned with time, the Duck Boot can’t be for the faint-hearted.
